Benjamin Dessy is the Country Manager for Mastercard in Belgium and Luxembourg since March 2025. He is responsible for leading Mastercard’s operations in these regions, working closely with local clients to accelerate digital transformation and shape the future of payments. Benjamin joined Mastercard in 2002 and has held several key positions in product management, business development, fintech engagement, and account management, at both the European and global levels. Before his current role, Benjamin was involved in various strategic initiatives and projects that contributed significantly to Mastercard’s growth and diversification. His passion for innovation, business development, and customer-centric approach makes him well-positioned to drive Mastercard’s continued success in Belgium and Luxembourg Benjamin holds a master's degree in business administration, a certificate in innovation management, and has been actively involved in the fintech community, contributing to the development of innovative, secure, and accessible payment solutions across all channels.
