Claudia specialises in banking and financial regulations, with a strong focus on payments, outsourcing, digital operational resilience and the insurance sector. She holds a Master’s degree in European Union Law and Politics from Strasbourg University and a Certificate in Banking and Financial Law from Université Catholique de Louvain. Her professional experience spans both the public sector, at the European and national levels, notably at the European Court of Justice and the Spanish Permanent Representation to the EU, as well as private practice in business law firms in Paris and Brussels. In 2025, she co-founded Align a law firm based in Brussels, dedicated to assisting companies in their efforts to comply with European regulations, particularly in the areas of banking and finance, ESG& sustainability, personal data protection, and digital issues. Admitted to the Bar in 2023, Claudia is registered with both the Paris and Brussels Bars.
