Joris Latui has more than thirteen years’ experience in financial services regulation in both Belgium and the United Kingdom, where he worked in the regulatory team of an international law firm and as in-house counsel for an investment bank before returning to Belgium. Joris advises on a range of regulatory matters including licensing applications, regulatory advisory services, regulatory-driven strategic projects (e.g. mass repapering exercises, designing regulatory watch processes and cross-border transactions), as well as regulatory implementation projects in the banking, payments, asset management and investment services sectors.
