Kate is passionate about supporting transformation and digitalization, also by building bridges between old and new technologies. She has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking including transaction services (cash, trade, securities), relationship management and risk (credit, compliance, operational). Kate has held senior positions with local, regional and global responsibilities with five major banks: BNY, JPMC, ABN AMRO, Citi, and ING in the USA, Germany and the Netherlands. She has built and optimized sales, product, implementation, and client services teams. Today Kate supports financial institutions, corporates and start-ups in their quest to become more effective and efficient. She works full time as Head of Sales / Global Sales Ambassador and Executive Advisor for Projective Group, also supporting the EBA as a moderator.
