
Behavioral Risk Management Specialist, Safehouse advisory
Juliëtte van Doorn is an expert in integrity and behavioural risk management, with over 20 year’s’ experience in regulatory supervision and consultancy. Before launching her own practice, she served as Lead Partner of Behavioural Risk at &samhoud, supporting financial services firms in designing and implementing behavioural risk frameworks. Her regulatory career includes senior roles at DNB and the Central Bank of Aruba, where she oversaw AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud. As DNB Senior Supervisor of Behaviour & Culture, Juliëtte designed the framework for behaviour and culture supervision post-2008 financial crisis. She is also trained as a corporate lawyer in leading Dutch law firms, bringing legal insight to her regulatory and behavioural expertise.
