The Regulatory Transformation in Insurance Masterclass, organised by Wintegrity, is the annual meeting point for the insurance community. It brings together regulators, insurers, intermediaries, legal experts and compliance professionals to analyse key regulatory developments and translate them into practical, actionable insights.

Designed as a concise and high-impact format, the masterclass goes straight to the essentials, focusing on clear regulatory insights, concrete examples and practical takeaways that can be directly applied in practice. The programme addresses recent regulatory updates, including the Solvency II Directive, the NBB Overarching Governance Circular and ESG regulatory developments, and offers an in-depth analysis of product oversight expectations with a specific focus on value for money and the regulator’s expectations. The masterclass is followed by a closing networking session with appetizers.

Participation in the Regulatory Transformation in Insurance Masterclass on 2 June is worth 3 points for the continuing education of Company Lawyer (IBJ-IJE) and Compliance Officers (FSMA). Lawyers and trainee lawyers may submit an individual application to the OBFG or OVB.
