Thomas Faelli is a co-founding partner at Ethikos. Drawing on his extensive experience in the financial sector, Thomas Faelli provides clients with pragmatic solutions to a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues. Thomas Faelli is Certified Compliance Officer (financial and insurance sectors), Certified Data Protection Officer and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He works for the financial sector, including for credit institutions, investment firms, (re)insurance companies/intermediaries, and payment institutions, both externally and internally (as a secondee/“legal interim manager”). In addition to his certifications, Thomas holds a law degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), an LL.M in advanced business law from the Ghent University, an MBA from the Solvay Business School, and an LL.M in corporate law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL). Finally, he is involved in various academic activities (member of the jury for the Certified Compliance Officers exam (Febelfin Academy), editorial member of the Compliance Corner of the "Revue de droit bancaire et financier", trainer in several compliance topics…).
