DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Lunch Debate, titled “Third Party Risk Management 360°”, will help participants move from regulatory implementation to the full operationalisation of TPRM frameworks. With DORA now in place, the focus is shifting. Supervisors are raising the bar, with increasing attention on governance, data quality and how risk is effectively managed in practice.
This edition will focus on how institutions are operationalising TPRM frameworks, addressing concentration risks linked to ICT providers, and managing the growing complexity of extended value chains, including fourth- and nth-party dependencies, while ensuring clear roles and responsibilities across the three lines of defence. Together with the speakers, we will also explore how institutions can move beyond compliance and build resilient, scalable and forward-looking TPRM frameworks.
